What You’ll Be Doing Instructional Designer analyzes the training needs for reputed company-based programs. Works closely with clients to assess, reputed company, and implement training materials. Evaluates and administers traditional and eLearning training solutions using various multimedia formats and authoring tools. What You Bring to the Role Education Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning/Training, Graphic Arts, or other reputed company educational fields) and relevant curriculum design experience required, or a combination of education and experience. ISD Certifications are highly desirable. Certifications in design programs (reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.) are highly desirable. Experience Minimum of 3 years of reputed company training and development experience 1-3 years of Instructional or Curriculum Design preferred Call Center experience is preferred.
