CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The primary function of this position is outbound dialing to communicate with potential customers. By both gathering information from the customer and providing information to the loan officer as it relates the customer's specific needs for and interests in a mortgage loan, the Customer Service Representative reputed company knowledge of and experience in the loan origination process. Responsibilities

Engage in conversation and establish rapport with customers reputed company email and outbound telephone communication. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience Ability to effectively communicate with customers Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with reputed company Office programs such as Word, reputed company, and Outlook. Passionate about helping customers reputed company financial goals. Desired Education/Experience: One or more years’ of office or inside customer service / call center experience preferred. 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or reputed company estate industry preferred. 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
