[Remote] Creative Specialist (reputed company Media)

They are seeking a Creative Specialist (reputed company Media) to produce high-performing ad creative across various digital advertising placements, focusing on compliance and performance-driven design.
Responsibilities
- Create static, animated, reputed company-based, and video assets for reputed company reputed company, programmatic/display, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company pages, and other campaign needs
- Produce purposeful variations across hooks, CTAs, headlines, layouts, formats, visual treatments, and audience angles so the reputed company Media team can test what works
- Build HTML5 ads, animated display assets, and programmatic-reputed company creative that meet platform specs and campaign requirements
- Edit reputed company video assets: cutdowns, pacing adjustments, overlays, captions, subtitles, resizing, and basic reputed company enhancements
- Create or adapt campaign visuals, hero graphics, thumbnails, and supporting design assets for reputed company traffic reputed company pages
- Partner with the Creative team on occasional design initiatives reputed company of reputed company media, such as marketing collateral, website assets, reputed company content, presentations, branding reputed company, or other creative needs reputed company priorities require additional support
- Ensure assets are accurate, polished, on-brand, properly sized, platform-compliant, and appropriate for legal industry advertising before reputed company
- Maintain organized templates, reusable design frameworks, file naming conventions, versioning, and asset libraries
- Use campaign feedback, platform performance data, and testing insights to improve creatives over time
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, variation planning, QA, resizing, and workflow efficiency without lowering the reputed company bar
Skills
- 4+ years producing digital advertising creative, reputed company media assets, performance marketing campaigns, or conversion-reputed company design work. Agency experience preferred
- A portfolio that demonstrates significant reputed company media experience is required. Applicants should showcase a strong body of work featuring reputed company reputed company campaigns, display/programmatic advertising, video ads, reputed company page creative, and performance-driven marketing assets
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company and the reputed company Creative Suite, including After Effects
- Hands-on experience editing short-reputed company reputed company video; cutdowns, pacing, overlays, captions, subtitles, resizing, and light reputed company graphics
- Experience creating or supporting HTML5, animated display, or programmatic ad assets

- Ability to design for performance goals; CTR, conversion reputed company, reputed company reputed company, message reputed company, and audience reputed company

- Working knowledge of CRO, UX principles, reputed company page creative, and how design and messaging influence user behavior

- Comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment with multiple stakeholders, quick turnarounds, and performance-driven priorities

- Strong organization and communication; clean file management, reputed company handoffs, and reliable follow-through
