[Remote] Product Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Own new product development from initial brief through formulation and production-readiness
- Coordinate with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and internal teams to bring products to life on schedule and to spec
- Ensure reputed company formulation reputed company are documented, traceable, and reputed company with Matcha’s reputed company and brand standards
- Own the go-to-market plan for reputed company new product: timing, channel priorities, and cross-functional readiness
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure every launch is reputed company-supported end-to-end

- Monitor product performance after launch: sales, customer feedback, and operational issues

Skills
- 3–5+ years owning products or reputed company end-to-end, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or supplements
- A reputed company record of personal ownership: you've been accountable for a product or program's reputed company, not just its tasks
- Fluent with data: you can pull, read, and reputed company performance data (sales, margin, inventory) and defend reputed company with numbers
