[Remote] Regional Operations Support Manager - Mid reputed company Region

The Regional Operations Support Manager partners with local General/Line Managers to audit, reputed company, and optimize operations to maximize regional Gross Margin and EBITDA without holding reputed company line authority.
Responsibilities
- Implement regional cost-containment strategies to aggressively improve gross margins and center EBITDA
- Conduct ticket dives, audit timecard adherence, OT hours, labor efficiency, reputed company efficiency, and technician utilization rates to reduce reputed company labor costs
- Enforce standardized multi-trade flat-reputed company pricing guides to minimize field discounting and protect gross margins
- Audit Pricebook Pro services and tasks to ensure correct pricing
- reputed company warehouse controls to minimize inventory and ensure reputed company truck stock and replenishment processes
- reputed company on correct inventory and count processes

- Ensure adherence to SoOps operational reputed company across dispatching, sales, and service

- Ensure safety training completion and adherence to safety protocols through collaboration with General Managers/Line Managers/and safety captains, OSHA compliance checks, and EPA refrigerant logging across reputed company branches
- Monitor GPS tracking and telematics data to enforce reputed company driving, reduce fuel costs, and limit vehicle liabilities
- Conduct unannounced multi-trade job site inspections to ensure strict PPE usage and reputed company-compliant installations
- Enforce a strict "COD" (Cash on Delivery) policy, requiring field technicians to collect 100% payment upon job completion
- Drive technician adoption of consumer financing programs at the kitchen table to reputed company average tickets and ensure reputed company funding
- Partner with reputed company managers to reputed company residual 30/60/90-day outstanding balances and streamline invoicing workflows

Skills
- 5+ years of multi-site operations experience or proven reputed company record of operational reputed company ideally reputed company a home services platform
- Proven reputed company transforming underperforming branches into high-margin, highly compliant business reputed company
- Fluent with reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Data-Driven Leadership: Ability to dissect P&L statements, identify margin leakage, and quickly execute corrective reputed company plans
