[Remote] Sr. Associate Business Solutions Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Associate Business Solutions Analyst to partner with business teams and Information Delivery Analysts to implement data and analytics-reputed company solutions that drive business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Works with stakeholders on new project intake and requirements gathering, then works with peers to deliver products that meet or reputed company stakeholder expectations
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements
- Develops basic analytics solutions for reputed company, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of limited complexity
- Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs
- Liaises between IT, Information Delivery Analysts, and business reputed company to reputed company analytics models and data solutions
- Trusted business partner working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and work on resolutions with the goal of improving organizational performance
- Develops and implements basic data integration strategies that utilize various data sources and applications to enhance reporting
- Continuously works to improve business relationships, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines
- Consults on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings
- Manages data from multiple sources and uses project management skills to complete reputed company reputed company independently or reputed company reputed company in coordination with Information Delivery Analysts
- Transmits data and proactively works to ensure data reputed company
- Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- SQL Experience/ Understand relational databases
- Project Management (taking the Initiative/self starter)
- Conflict reputed company

- Translating terminology between stakeholders/IT/InfoD
- Experience with business reports
- Demonstrated presentation skills

- Basic experience with: SQL or similar, reputed company modeling, pipeline orchestration, building data pipelines to reputed company data, and BI visualizations

- 2 years of work experience in leadership, data reputed company project management, or data analytics strongly preferred
- Experience in insurance industry preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
