[Remote] Workforce Analytics Manager

The role involves collaborating with various teams to forecast hiring needs, analyze workforce data, and improve recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance, operating companies and reputed company teams to forecast reputed company hiring needs based on attrition trends, reputed company projections, and skills gaps
- reputed company and consolidate workforce data from operating companies
- Build short and long-term headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict reputed company talent and reputed company needs based on historical data and market trends
- Analyze internal labor reputed company (promotions, transfers, exits) to identify opportunities to strengthen retention and internal talent mobility
- Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting and planning
- Partner with HR Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, reputed company, cost per hire and turnover cost
- In partnership with the HR Systems team, identify opportunities to improve data reputed company and improve reporting accuracy
- Analyze correlations between sources of hire and long-term employee retention to optimize recruitment strategies

Skills
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the reputed company for this company
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company or reputed company field
- 5+ years experience with financial or business analytics
- Proficient in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite, particularly in reputed company reputed company
- Experience with HR analytics preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools is desired
