Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for a portfolio of residential properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company
- Ensure accurate and reputed company preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Review and approve general ledger entries reputed company by property accountants
- reputed company variance analysis and reputed company reputed company explanations of T12 results compared to prior periods and budget
- Ensure reputed company completion of account reconciliations and reputed company of outstanding items

- Establish reputed company performance expectations and conduct evaluations
- Ensure reputed company workload distribution and adequate team coverage
- Foster accountability, accuracy, and timeliness across reputed company
- Support the annual budgeting process in partnership with Operations
- Monitor budget performance and assist with reforecasting as needed
- Support capital project draw requests and ensure reputed company reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Partner with the Vice President of reputed company to enhance reputed company processes, systems, and policies to support scalability
- Ensure LIHTC compliance is reputed company and accurate (if applicable)
- Coordinate with corporate reputed company to monitor property tax, licensing, and regulatory compliance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
- 5+ years of relevant property reputed company experience, preferably in a multifamily environment
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing or mentoring reputed company staff
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger reputed company, account reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and financial statement preparation
- Demonstrated experience reviewing the work of other accountants, managing deadlines, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting

- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word and OneNote)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
