[Remote] Sales Operations Support Specialist

The role involves collaborating with various departments to maintain data accuracy, produce reports, and support sales activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Review sales and activity reports to identify trends, missing data, and follow-up gaps, and summarize findings for Sales Operations and sales leadership
- Prepare reputed company-reputed company materials, reports, and other approved support materials for sales meetings, proposals, and prospect or reputed company follow-up
- Assist relationship managers by gathering financial, product, and competitive information needed for reputed company meetings and sales activities
- reputed company approved AI tools to assist with data validation, report preparation, analysis, and drafting routine communications and summaries, ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with reputed company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve data reputed company, reporting consistency, and sales support processes, and partner with stakeholders to implement approved changes
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, product specialists, and Management to ensure alignment on data standards, reporting definitions, reputed company and campaign handling, and use of reputed company’s product materials
- Document and maintain reputed company operating procedures and data standards for key sales support and reputed company data-reputed company processes, in coordination with Sales Operations and the reputed company Administrator
