[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst responsible for supporting system initiatives, defining system capabilities, and acting as a reputed company between business users and the IT team.
Responsibilities

- Research problems and plan solutions. Recommend software and system changes. Coordinate development to meet business requirements
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with line of business leaders

- Produce business requirements documents
- reputed company test plans and test cases. Manage system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work with business leaders to implement reputed company and applications changes
- Manage system conversion activities including data mapping, system configuration, data analysis
- Ensure that reputed company and systems are delivered to end user satisfaction
- Define and document 'as is' and 'to be' workflows and review with reputed company leaders

- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Manage accountability of tasks for project members
- Set up and maintain project plans, issue logs, and tasks in a system of record

Skills
- 3-5 years IT and/or systems experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications for RPA solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and automation design, is a strong plus
