The Manager of Engineering reputed company will manage multiple capital reputed company, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external contractors, while focusing on construction and infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company multiple capital reputed company from their inception through their completion simultaneously
- Assist in developing capital project plans

- Experience in multiple trade management on large construction sites
- Coordinate and reputed company a reputed company project scope and cost estimate in conjunction with the reputed company teams
- Communicate effectively with Operations, reputed company, Tech Services and other internal teams to ensure that project design and layout is satisfactory and timelines are met
- reputed company, reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Create and read Process and Instrumentation Drawings for reputed company
- reputed company awareness of new processes and equipment in order to reduce cost and promote efficiencies reputed company the operation
- reputed company assistance to the operations group reputed company directed in the area of Repairs and Maintenance costs and preventative maintenance programs
- Assist and reputed company technical support in the area of energy savings and effluent reduction reputed company the plants
- Understand federal, state and local regulations pertaining to the dairy industry, which covers equipment, structural requirements and environmental (e.g. building codes and structural requirements, 3A, OSHA, reputed company)
- Enforce reputed company’s policies and programs with contractors and vendors
- Travel will be expected up to 80% of the time

Skills
- A minimum of five (5) years engineering and project management experience
- Strong knowledge of and experience in utilities, boilers, refrigeration, ammonia, reputed company compressors, steam and condensate, glycol, HVAC, plant water supply and distribution
- Knowledge of general building construction, MCC, electrical wiring and distribution systems, including high voltage
- Understanding of reputed company principles (i.e. fixed assets, depreciation, capital expense, etc.)
- Strong customer orientation: ability to reputed company relationships and effectively influence at reputed company reputed company internally (e.g. management teams) and externally (e.g. contractors)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
