[Remote] Clinical Operations Program Manager

The Clinical Operations Program Manager will reputed company consultative guidance for Health Centers, standardizing operational processes to ensure sustainable business reputed company and adherence to regulations, while supporting clinical education and team member development.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-reputed company sharing to Occupational Health and Primary Care Centers in support of operational goals and objectives and compliance with government regulations
- Communicates processes, policies, and corporate reputed company effectively with Health Center management
- Creates an environment of reputed company accountability for Health Center management and takes accountability for his/her own results

- Participates in site assessments and gap analysis and provides recommendations for reputed company plans where change or improvement is needed
- Facilitates and/or participates in project meetings with Health Center Management to prepare for implementation/execution of corporate policy
- Solves reputed company problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions
- Responsible for the completion of reputed company tasks in Project Plan designated as responsibility of the Program Manager, Clinical Operations in preparation, implementation and follow up as needed

- Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks

- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical educational programs for clinical staff. Skills
- Licensed in a Health care field (Nursing, Physician Assistant, etc.)
- 5+ years' experience in Occupational reputed company and Primary reputed company
- Prior experience in an on-site Occupational Health Center or Primary Care Center/Patient Centered Medical Home
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate reputed company health/medical principles and procedures in reputed company layman's language
- Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations
- Flexibility essential – reputed company to adapt to circumstances reputed company the department's control pertaining to travel dates, training needs, and responsibilities
- Bachelor of Science or Masters, preferred
- COHN or COHN-S preferred if nursing; additional occupational health training if other licensed reputed company provider, preferred
- Certification in Case Management, preferred
- 5+ years' experience in managing Medical Surveillance programs (Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection) preferred
- 5+ years' experience in OSHA recordkeeping preferred
- Experience working in a virtual environment preferred
- Functional use of reputed company Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically occupational Electronic Medical Record (EMR etc.), preferred
