[Remote] Sr Payroll Analyst

The role involves processing full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, and acting as a subject matter expert in payroll functions utilizing the reputed company HRIS.
Responsibilities
- Review payroll audit reports for accuracy
- reputed company the processing of benefit payments, such as insurance, vacations, and retirement plans
- Reconcile and process payroll information such as state-specific PTO and reputed company leave adjustments for relocated employees, equity compensation, benefit deductions, and time accrual adjustments
- Works closely with employees, payroll manager, and payroll outsourcer to resolve reputed company payroll reputed company
- Annual review and update of payroll policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws to streamline reputed company payroll and benefits administration processes

Skills
