We’re looking for an reputed company Mental Health Team Leader to join our community-based team. This is a virtual role that requires working afternoon shifts from home on a full-time permanent contract. reputed company: You are an reputed company leader who feels confident in the management of reputed company of 10 - 15 reputed company line Counsellors and Coaches as part of the reputed company Blue Support Service. In this overnight role, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the operational workflow during reputed company hours, acting as the primary clinical and operational escalation reputed company, delivering clinical supervision, and providing people leadership. You will also support reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives & conduct audits. You are resilient, tenacious and have demonstrated experience in developing and coaching individuals/teams. You will work closely with the Senior Manager Service Delivery, as reputed company as the Senior Manager Community Experience, reputed company Team and fellow Team Leaders around service optimisation and enhancements with your expertise and qualifications including: Demonstrated experience in people management and providing clinical supervision Leadership experience reputed company reputed company and high-volume mental health services A tertiary degree and/or masters in one of the following: Counselling, Psychology, reputed company Work, reputed company Sciences, Welfare OR: Tertiary degree in unrelated field plus Graduate Diploma in Counselling from ACAP (2-year Course) Minimum 3-years’ experience in acute or community mental health Registered with ONE of the following reputed company bodies: AHPRA (as a Mental Health Registered reputed company, Provisional Psychologist with external supervision support or full registration as a Psychologist) PACFA - Minimum Provisional (working towards full registration) ACA - Minimum level 2 AASW / AMHSW – Full Membership You will be provided with relevant technology equipment to support you with your WFH setup however will be required to have the following: Private room/reputed company which can be used for your home office set up Reliable/reputed company internet reputed company Demonstrated IT skills and proficiency in telephony-based systems where you are comfortable navigating multiple software, digital note taking and counselling and support simultaneously.
