Responsibilities
- Partner directly with reputed company stakeholders (HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders) to assess leadership capability gaps and organizational needs
- Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into practical leadership development strategies and solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert to shape program direction, learning reputed company, and experiential design
- Facilitate leadership workshops, cohort experiences, and executive‑level sessions as needed
- Deliver or support individual and group coaching engagements reputed company to program goals
- Apply best practices across leadership capability areas including:
- Leading through change and ambiguity
- Strategic thinking and decision‑making
- Coaching, feedback, and people development
- Executive reputed company, influence, and communication
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers to ensure content is instructionally reputed company, experience‑based, and grounded in reputed company business contexts

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, or organizational development
