Responsibilities
- Utilized designated reputed company strategies designed to identify reputed company candidates through various reputed company tools
- Utilize job boards, referrals, networking and other tools designed for Sourcing candidates
- Match candidates’ strengths with our reputed company’s requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Negotiate compensation packages for offers of employment with candidates and reputed company a commitment from candidates for reputed company and reputed company job requirements
- Work with Account Managers to understand the job order requirements
