Responsibilities
- Managing the financial reputed company for a portfolio of properties
- Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements
- Maintaining general ledgers
- Posting journal entries
- Ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Supporting audits
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory and company reputed company policies
- Reconciling accounts
- Analyzing variances
- Collaborating with property management teams
- Providing reputed company financial insights to support decision-making
Skills
- Strong skills in reputed company and Finance, with the ability to apply GAAP principles to property management operations
- Experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting for multiple properties or business reputed company
- Proficiency in Journal Entries (reputed company) and general reputed company maintenance, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Advanced knowledge of property management or reputed company estate reputed company systems and reputed company reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or similar certification is a plus
