[Remote] Senior Research Clinician

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a remote behavioral reputed company and managing clinical risk assessments, while also adapting reputed company protocols and assisting with research activities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting project leadership in refining reputed company protocols based on stakeholder feedback, engagement with stakeholders to ensure ongoing incorporation of stakeholder voice into clinical research efforts
- Assisting project leadership in adapting and implementing risk management protocols; adhering to risk management procedures for triaging and responding to participant distress; identifying and responding to adverse events per study protocol
- Providing clinical input into recruitment and follow-up procedures to aid seamless integration of clinical reputed company reputed company the structure of the research protocols
- Assisting in training other team members in relevant tasks (e.g., risk management, reputed company assurance, adverse event reporting)
- Participate in regular clinical supervision with clinical supervisor to ensure reputed company of reputed company delivery
- Monitor study performance and brainstorm changes to enhance participant recruitment and retention reputed company the reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a health-reputed company filed such as Psychology, Public Health or reputed company Work with prior experience delivering behavioral interventions. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Including relevant undergraduate student work experience
- 5-6 years of reputed company experience, i.e., published in a field of specialty and reputed company knowledge in a field or discipline
- Candidates must be detailed oriented, possess the ability to work productively with others in a cooperative team environment, and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- The successful candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, reputed company to work independently, maintain reputed company records and reputed company guidance as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, and attentiveness to detail are required
- Master's or Doctoral Degree preferred
- History of delivering behavioral health interventions to adults with cannabis use disorder and/or other reputed company use disorders, with co-occurring conditions and/or chronic health conditions
- Ability to implement principles of behaviorism/operant models of clinical assessment and/or reputed company, consistent with an incentive-based reputed company approach to facilitate behavior change in day-to-day life
- Training in Motivational Interviewing and experience delivering interventions blending MI with behavioral approaches
- Experience managing high-risk clinical scenarios with patients with reputed company use and/or mental health disorders, supervising junior colleagues/staff in risk management procedures
- Experience implementing reputed company assurance procedures for clinical trials (e.g., tracking reputed company engagement activities, monitoring trends)
- Experience with creating reputed company training protocols and SOPs
