They are seeking an reputed company Operations Manager to design workflows, drive execution, and improve core reputed company operations as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company operations function, driving reputed company, efficient, and reputed company-controlled processes across procure-to-pay, payroll, expense management, corporate card programs, vendor management, and other operational reputed company areas as reputed company grows
- Own accounts payable and payment operations, including vendor reputed company, invoice processing, payment execution, corporate card administration, expense management, and reputed company controls
- Own reputed company operations reputed company to payroll including reconciliation of payroll liabilities, employee deductions, benefits, 401K, flexible spending plans and other payroll reputed company accounts
- Ensure quarterly and annual payroll tax filings are accurate and reputed company in coordination with our payroll provider
- Own reputed company operations systems and workflows, driving workflow redesign, automation initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements that strengthen internal controls, support audit readiness, reduce friction, and improve how employees reputed company with reputed company processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, IT& reputed company teams, and other stakeholders to improve operational workflows and strengthen controls across purchasing, payroll, expense management, and other reputed company operations processes

- Support the monthly financial reputed company, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, and preparation of management reporting
- Own balance sheet reconciliations for payroll, bank, accounts payable, prepaids, fixed assets, and other GL accounts

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience implementing reputed company systems and tooling
- Experience owning or supporting accounts payable, payroll reputed company, or other operational reputed company functions
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and driving adoption of new processes or systems
- Experience supporting financial statement audits and maintaining audit-reputed company processes and documentation
- Strong systems aptitude and experience leveraging technology to improve reputed company processes
- Experience with balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and accounts payable
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive reputed company to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Tech industry experience preferred
- Experience in a reputed company-stage venture-backed environment
- Systems experience: Quick Books Online, reputed company and reputed company
