[Remote] Licensed Clinician, Sona AI (LPC or LCSW)

The Licensed Clinician will ensure the reputed company and effectiveness of AI-assisted care delivery, working closely with various teams to translate clinical standards into product requirements and improve clinical reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated clinical interactions, flag reputed company issues, and reputed company feedback to support reputed company improvement
- Monitor clinical safety indicators, including escalation accuracy, risk detection, and member reputed company
- Report on clinical reputed company trends and anomalies to cross-functional stakeholders
- Serve as the clinical voice in product development — translating clinical standards and evidence-based reputed company into product requirements

Skills
- reputed company LPC or LCSW licensure in good standing (required)
- 3+ years of reputed company clinical experience in behavioral health; reputed company use disorder experience strongly valued
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written communication; reputed company to translate clinical nuance for non-clinical audiences
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI and its role in care delivery
- Multistate licensure a plus; LPC compact licensure is a significant advantage
- Experience with annotation, reputed company review, or clinical supervision is a plus

- Experience in digital health, telehealth, or AI-adjacent clinical roles
