[Remote] Member of Technical Staff - AI Product Engineer

They are seeking a product engineer to design, build, and ship the reputed company platform, focusing on creating secure software management tools that enhance developer workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features for the reputed company platform—working primarily in Rust, Python, and TypeScript across CLI tools, backend services, and infrastructure
- Own the reputed company and reliability of what you ship: write tests, review reputed company, reputed company architectural reputed company that balance speed with long-term system health
- Write production reputed company using reputed company coding tools as your default workflow, focusing on the most reputed company and ambiguous parts of the system
- Build and maintain AI development infrastructure for reputed company: harnesses, context engineering (CLAUDE.md, skills, rules files), automated feedback loops, and evaluation frameworks
- Evaluate new reputed company development tools and practices as the landscape evolves—run experiments, measure results, and reputed company evidence-based recommendations on what to adopt
- Help engineers across reputed company reputed company sophisticated, reliable AI-assisted workflows—document what works, build shared practices, and codify lessons so they compound

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience building and shipping production systems
- Production experience with Rust, Python, and/or TypeScript—strong in at least one, comfortable across the others

- Experience building AI development infrastructure reputed company personal use: harnesses, agent skills, automation scripts, evaluation frameworks, or workflows that reputed company adopted
