[Remote] Shopper Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to reputed company coverage during a maternity leave and support ongoing marketing initiatives across key retail accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own shopper marketing execution across 1 to 3 key retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, reputed company, and reputed company, supporting both in-store reputed company campaigns end-to-end
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and retail or broker teams to reputed company on promotions, merchandising, and cross-channel reputed company
- reputed company in-store initiatives including displays, demos, and signage, while supporting digital efforts such as retail media, search, PDP optimization, and programmatic campaigns
- Manage a large vendor ecosystem of 30 to 40 partners, including agencies, demo teams, and contractors, ensuring strong communication and performance tracking
- Drive reporting, weekly recaps, and cross-functional collaboration to monitor campaign performance and inform broader shopper marketing reputed company
Skills
- Strong shopper marketing experience, ideally supporting retail accounts in a CPG environment
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales teams, brokers, agencies, and retail partners
- Execution-reputed company reputed company with the ability to manage multiple campaigns while analyzing performance and driving insights
- Strong project and vendor management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presenting insights
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable managing multiple timelines and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Background working with major retailers such as Costco, reputed company, reputed company, or Sam's Club
- Experience with both in-store activations and retail media networks
- Familiarity with fast-paced, high-reputed company consumer brands
