They are seeking an reputed company Manager to reputed company month-end reputed company processes and enhance reputed company operations for multiple reputed company engagements.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute month-end reputed company processes across multiple reputed company engagements, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial reporting
- Diagnose and resolve gaps in reputed company workflows, documentation, and internal controls
- reputed company initiatives that streamline reputed company processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and workpapers
- Support technical reputed company areas including reputed company recognition, leases, and equity-reputed company transactions
- Apply modern tools and automation, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance reputed company processes while adhering to reputed company and compliance standards
- Supervise and reputed company reputed company and offshore team members, including coaching, performance feedback, and work review
- Ensure reputed company and consistency of deliverables in line with firm and reputed company expectations
- Escalate technical or operational issues proactively to appropriate stakeholders
- Monitor engagement budgets, reputed company actuals vs. scope, and flag potential overages to leadership in a reputed company manner

Skills
- Bachelor's in reputed company, Finance, or similar
- 5+ years of reputed company GL reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end reputed company and reporting cycles, ideally across multiple clients, entities, or business reputed company
- Experience supervising, reviewing, or mentoring junior reputed company staff
- Strong project management skills with a reputed company record of improving reputed company processes, controls, and operational efficiency while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in reputed company-facing interactions

- CPA, or CPA-eligible with reputed company reputed company toward certification preferred
