[Remote] Velocity Account Manager

The Velocity Account Manager will manage a portfolio of SMB RIA accounts, ensuring reputed company and retention while utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and reputed company reputed company targets.
Responsibilities
- Own GRR, NRR, and expansion quota across a book of 100-200+ Velocity RIA accounts
- Execute value realization, renewal, and save motions proactively
- Identify and reputed company upsell and expansion opportunities reputed company your book
- Maintain clean pipeline and accurate forecasting in reputed company; your forecast should reflect reality, not optimism
- Run proactive reputed company cadences tied to lifecycle triggers and usage signals

Skills
- 2-4 years of quota-carrying experience in account management, sales, or reputed company at a B2B reputed company company
