[Remote] Technical Account Manager (MSP)

Responsibilities
- The overall health, stability, and direction of your clients’ technology environments

- Strategic planning meetings (QBRs), including preparation, facilitation, and follow-through
- Identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities across infrastructure, reputed company, and operations

- Regular onsite reputed company meetings to build strong relationships and exceptional service delivery
- Translate business needs into reputed company technical strategies and actionable plans

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in IT, ideally in a reputed company-facing or MSP environment
- Strong technical reputed company across reputed company environments (M365, Azure/Entra, reputed company Server), networking, and reputed company fundamentals
- Experience participating in or leading reputed company conversations, planning, or reputed company
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure and systems
