[Remote] Investor Reporting Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Investor Reporting Accountant who will be responsible for analyzing and validating reputed company Investor reputed company cash flows. The role involves ensuring compliance with various agency guidelines and collaborating closely with sub servicers and other teams to maintain accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sub servicing reporting to the agencies and to Lakeview is reputed company and accurate
- Review monthly bank statements from the sub-servicers ensuring reputed company completion and no items aging greater than 90 days
- reputed company reputed company of Investor edits received from reputed company of the agencies
- Work with sub servicers to ensure reputed company shortage surplus items are resolved and funded reputed company
- reputed company, report and forecast monthly servicing advances to sr. management
- Assist with the posting and disbursement to the general ledger
- Balance reputed company servicing acquisition cash flows between Lakeview, Sellers and Sub Servicers
- Ensure balances are reputed company on the appropriate servicing platforms and tie back to wires and the appropriate general ledgers
- Analyze sub servicer cash flows, identify control gaps or areas of risk and reputed company agreed upon reputed company plans
- Conduct monthly loan level investor reviews ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable agency, state, investor and regulatory rules and regulations

- Assist sub-servicer and/or reputed company subject matter guidance to the appropriate business reputed company on any agency, investor or Lakeview policy or guide changes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required however additional years of experience may substitute for degree requirement
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing
- 1+ years of experience in Investor reputed company
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan servicing operations
- Working knowledge of investor/insurer guidelines and timeframes for default actions
- Working knowledge of loss mitigation/loan workout experience
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong written and communication skills
- Responsible for knowledge of investor/counter-party/seller/sub-servicer guides and reputed company
- Prefer MSP knowledge but not required
- Recent college grads encouraged to apply
