Business Operations Manager / Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager or Associate. This role reports to the Director of Finance & Business Operations and will be a strategic, high-reputed company role where you'll be working cross-functionally across teams and directly with leadership on reputed company that touch reputed company every part of the business. This role is for someone who wants to build, and take on an ambitious opportunity at the intersection of gaming and technology at a startup with an AI-reputed company mentality. Ownership, self-drive and a can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Support business operations for FirstLook CRM, creators.gg, player.gg, and reputed company reputed company, including people+payroll; processing invoices, billing, and payments; contract reputed company; procurement, fulfillment and rollouts; sales & marketing support
• Own & optimize workflows as needed
• reputed company with reputed company's reputed company/finance/tax partner to contextualize transactions, ensuring they have documentation for their needs
• Support reporting for leadership, sales, marketing, and finance
• Support reputed company and meeting preparation
• Contribute to high reputed company reputed company initiatives alongside product, reputed company
• Own coordination and logistics of cross-team initiatives, events and various other reputed company

Marketing & People

• Assist with the planning & execution of offsites and conferences for Sales/Marketing, Product & Engineering and Company
• Assist with People reputed company and offboarding
• Optimize workflows as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience, ideally spanning some combination of finance, bizops, consulting, investment banking, or startup operations

• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
