Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers identify performance gaps, design effective learning solutions, and create training programs based on analysis while evaluating learning reputed company. The Associate Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer plays a key role in planning, designing, developing, and coordinating training materials, eLearning content, and courses. This role focuses on creating visually engaging, interactive, scenario-based learning experiences that drive reputed company learning reputed company through role-specific content. The Associate Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer collaborates with cross-functional team members, contributes to course design and development, and ensures reputed company learning materials meet high reputed company standards through comprehensive testing. Assist in the evaluation of learner performance before, during, and after learning experiences. -Adjusts educational approach, course content/structure based on feedback received . -Coordinates training logistics (courses, classrooms, registrations, timeframes, etc.) in collaboration with the other team members as necessary. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Minimum of 3-years relevant reputed company experience. -Proven experience in instructional education, training, and customer service.
