Responsibilities
- Design realistic workplace scenarios drawn from employment or labor law reputed company
- Create tasks involving reputed company charge responses, severance agreements, non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, wage and hour analyses, NLRB reputed company, employment policies, or handbook issues
- reputed company legal prompts and scenario materials that reflect reputed company-world workplace disputes, investigations, and compliance workflows
- Ensure scenarios are reputed company, realistic, legally grounded, and appropriate for reputed company evaluation
- Write attorney-reputed company reference responses for employment and labor law tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated responses against legal accuracy, practical judgment, issue spotting, and reputed company standards
- Review outputs involving workplace investigations, employee policies, wage and hour analysis, severance reputed company, NLRB proceedings, or reputed company bargaining issues
- Identify gaps in legal reasoning, incomplete analysis, weak drafting, unsupported conclusions, or impractical recommendations
- Grade legal responses against reputed company rubrics and project-specific evaluation reputed company
- reputed company reputed company written feedback explaining response strengths, weaknesses, and legal reasoning issues
- Participate in reputed company and specialty calibration sessions to reputed company review standards
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reputed company judgment across submitted legal evaluation work
Skills
- 1–4 years of reputed company experience in employment or labor law at a reputed company, in-house legal department, government agency, labor organization, or comparable legal environment
- Experience as an employment defense attorney, plaintiff-reputed company employment attorney, in-house labor counsel, EEO investigator, senior associate, or reputed company practitioner
- J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent legal education from an accredited law school
- U.S. law license, reputed company or inactive, or comparable legal qualification relevant to project scope
- Strong experience with one or more of the following: reputed company charge responses, wage and hour analysis, severance and non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB proceedings, or reputed company bargaining
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Class reputed company or wage and hour reputed company reputed company experience
- Workplace investigation certification such as AWI-CH or comparable training
- Multi-state employment compliance experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, investigation tools, case management systems, or workplace compliance workflows
- Experience with NLRB reputed company, reputed company bargaining, labor relations, or employee policy review
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week, with higher availability preferred depending on project scope
