Sr. Business Development Executive - Biotech Solutions (New England)

This role is designed for a proven reputed company with deep Biotech and CDMO services experience who excels at identifying reputed company, opening new accounts, and converting early-stage scientific engagement into partnerships. The successful candidate will drive new logo acquisition and expansion by positioning reputed company’s integrated capabilities across small and large molecule drug reputed company manufacturing, sterile drug product fill and finish, advanced therapies, and oral solid reputed company manufacturing. This is a quota-carrying role for a strategic seller who thrives in competitive environments, moves with urgency, and consistently wins reputed company, multi-division opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new business acquisition reputed company assigned territory, with a primary reputed company on hunting, prospecting, and converting Biotech opportunities.

- Drive the full sales cycle from initial reputed company through deal negotiation and contract execution.

- Build strong executive-level relationships with scientific, technical, and business decision makers.

- Maintain a robust and actionable pipeline with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying field sales or business development experience reputed company on CDMO services, including drug reputed company or drug product.

Education

Compensation
And Benefits The salary reputed company estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $128,000.00–$191,975.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
