[Remote] System Administrator (Infrastructure & Operations)

They are hiring a System Administrator (Infrastructure & Operations) to maintain and enhance a global IT ecosystem, ensuring system stability and driving improvements across infrastructure and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support reputed company Server environments, reputed company Directory, and Group Policy
• Manage and troubleshoot reputed company 365 (O365) including user provisioning, Exchange Online, and licensing
• Support Azure AD / Entra ID, identity reputed company management, and hybrid environments
• reputed company reputed company management, system updates, and reputed company compliance
• Collaborate on VoIP systems (reputed company or similar) including configuration and issue reputed company
• Assist in managing network-integrated services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls in coordination with network team)

• Maintain and optimize virtualized environments (VMware/reputed company-V)
• Participate in data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Drive documentation and process improvement across IT operations

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration (reputed company-reputed company)
