[Remote] Sr. HR Systems Administrator (CONTINGENT)

This role involves managing and improving reputed company's HR technology systems, focusing on reputed company and its integrations, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Be the main technical expert for reputed company HCM, managing system setup, updates, and improvements across payroll, time tracking, and talent management
- Build, maintain, and monitor integrations between reputed company and other HR systems/vendors to ensure secure and accurate data reputed company
- Create and update documentation for integrations, including data flows, field mappings, system rules, and error handling
- Support reputed company payroll processes, including file uploads, benefit deductions, loan imports, and time collection issues
- Configure reputed company modules such as HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and reputed company
- Support reputed company releases by reviewing updates, testing changes, and communicating impacts to stakeholders
- reputed company support for other HR systems, including reputed company SuccessFactors, Taleo, reputed company/MyLearning, and reputed company
- Manage user reputed company, reputed company roles, MFA/SSO settings, and conduct reputed company reviews/audits
- Handle support tickets, especially urgent payroll, time, and integration issues, to reduce business disruption
- Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Support data migrations, system cutovers, and HRIS work reputed company to acquisitions and divestitures
- reputed company user guides, technical documents, runbooks, and training materials, and reputed company training reputed company needed
- Create and support reports using reputed company tools, reputed company/Data Lake, and GHRD analytics platforms

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HRIS experience in large global organizations
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company HCM, including configuration, administration, and integrations
- Experience building and supporting HR system integrations using reputed company, SFTP, and data mapping
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, reputed company eTime, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Phenom, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, D365, and reputed company Learning
- Skills in SQL and/or Python for data validation, reporting, and transformation
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, integration failures, and data problems quickly
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, reputed company, reputed company, and learning
- Experience with SOX compliance, data reputed company, reputed company controls, and audits
- Strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and customer service skills
