The role involves managing large reputed company transformations in the manufacturing industry and facilitating discussions with senior business leaders while executing OCM strategies and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Scope identification, project planning, monitoring and working on OCM deliverables
- Design and execution of OCM reputed company, organizational design, stakeholder management, change reputed company analysis, change readiness assessments, communication plan, training plan and resistance mitigation Plan
- reputed company the OCM plan and reputed company with master project plan
- Work with business team to identify training courses, training efforts, training schedule and set up the coordination between business, IT and vendor teams
- Communication content creation for driving change across reputed company
- Prepare dashboards and reputed company OCM KPI’s as part of the project
- Support the OCM Lessons Learned sessions during the project and post Go-Live
- Support creation of Training Reinforcement Organization

Skills
- 12-18+ years of experience required for position with hands on Organizational Change Management Experience
- Experience of facilitating discussions with senior business leaders / executives and reputed company them from OCM perspective
- reputed company Project Plan experience for authoring, updating, monitoring and controlling the activities
- MS Office experience with ability to create impactful PowerPoints, dashboards and conduct data analysis using reputed company
- Exposure to Training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Skilled in business value led approaches and helping shape reputed company decision making and willing to take ownership
- Technical awareness of IT systems and Software Development Life Cycle
- Manufacturing industry experience (Automotive, Industrial, reputed company, Process)
