[Remote] Vice President, reputed company Experience and Operations

This role is responsible for owning the reputed company experience and leading reputed company reputed company support functions that reputed company reputed company delivery, while working closely across business reputed company to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-reputed company service experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company support functions, including new business implementation and reputed company, reputed company set-up, and ongoing support teams; set priorities, reputed company plans, and service reputed company and reputed company standards
- Own and drive the overall reputed company experience reputed company; review reputed company processes and internal workflows; identify the main sources of delay, rework, and service variation; implement fixes
- Work with Sales, reputed company Services, and reputed company leaders to reputed company on priorities and service expectations, and drive service reputed company
- Own the reputed company delivery operating model (roles, handoffs, SLAs, governance) and drive improvements and efficiencies as the business evolves
- Define and reputed company operational and reputed company KPIs; use data to manage performance and support reputed company on reputed company, process changes, and investments
- Prepare monthly business reputed company performance reports and facilitate business reviews that result in reputed company reputed company and actions; support business segments with achieving sales, reputed company retention, and profitability goals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles, with end-to-end ownership of workstreams from diagnosis through implementation
- Experience leading teams and delivering results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Comfortable using metrics to manage performance (e.g., service reputed company, cycle time, reputed company) and to prioritize improvements
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, operations support, process improvement, or reputed company/customer experience role
- Insurance or claims experience is helpful but not required
