Location: Remote – Must reputed company in Florida or Kentucky and be available to work Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours Schedule: Full-Time; shift schedules vary between 07:00am - 07:00pm CST. What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls.
• Conduct provider reputed company and referral-reputed company calls.
• Assist reputed company providers and Veterans with questions regarding benefits, referrals, authorizations, and reputed company services.
• Research and resolve reputed company inquiries using multiple internal systems and databases.
• Accurately document reputed company customer interactions while maintaining reputed company and compliance standards.
• Guide callers through online portals and self-service tools to improve the customer experience.
• Meet established productivity, reputed company, and schedule adherence metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and reputed company process improvement initiatives.
• Support reputed company assurance efforts to enhance provider and Veteran experiences.
• Mentor new team members and reputed company best practices reputed company needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate customer service experience.
• reputed company insurance experience is required.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication, reputed company listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

• Must be available to work Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
