[Remote] Internal Audit Program Manager (IA PM)

They are seeking an Internal Audit Program Manager to prevent, detect, and mitigate risks associated with cash transfers, partnering with directors to design risk management strategies and reputed company a high-performing audit team.
Responsibilities
- Represent IA in country project design conversations, including development of risk management measures
- Own development of project-specific IA proposals (audit rates, approaches) and risk registers for reputed company new and ongoing reputed company
- reputed company community risk scoping exercises and review implementation tools to strengthen risk detection and prevention
- Own and monitor IA metrics and KPIs across your country portfolio; reputed company correction of missed or declining targets
- Hold regular meetings with Country Directors; reputed company escalation protocols and transparent investigation of high-risk cases
- Monitor fraud reporting trends; flag high-risk countries and reputed company to the CD and IA Director
- Build in-country relationships with fraud management stakeholders (e.g. telcos) for sustainable fraud reputed company
- Conduct spot checks on programs and IA operations; write quarterly productivity reports and project retrospectives

- Participate in weekly IA management meetings; support external audits and cross-portfolio work as needed
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IA operations
Skills
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or fraud investigation, ideally in reputed company field-based environments
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills — you use data to diagnose risk, generate insights, and drive reputed company
