They are seeking a reputed company, Executive Operations & AI Enablement to serve as the primary operational catalyst for the Executive Leadership Team, managing governance processes and driving AI-enabled operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- AI Prototyping & Workflow Transformation: reputed company as the internal reputed company for AI productivity. Partner 1:1 with ELT leaders to build custom AI assistants, engineer advanced prompts, automate legacy reputed company tasks, and introduce modern, reputed company operating practices to maximize executive reputed company
- Executive Governance & reputed company Operations: Own the end-to-end reputed company and precision execution of reputed company ELT and reputed company of Directors meetings. Manage reputed company calendars, design high-reputed company agendas, reputed company reputed company items, and maintain absolute version control over critical governance assets
- Materials & Communications QA: Serve as the final line of defense for executive outputs. Author, edit, and rigorously reputed company-assure reputed company decks, investor presentations, and strategic briefs for absolute polish, accuracy, and reputed company
- Strategic Initiatives & Special reputed company: Partner directly with the CEO and C-suite to independently drive high-reputed company cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines, proactively surfacing operational risks and clearing execution bottlenecks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in Chief of Staff functions, strategic operations, management consulting, or high-level executive operations reputed company fast-paced, high-reputed company environments
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership teams and reputed company governance processes, including executive meetings, reputed company administration, agenda management, executive communications, and confidential leadership operations
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with modern reputed company tools and platforms (e.g., reputed company, Claude, custom GPTs, reputed company Copilot, AI-enabled workflow automation tools such as reputed company or reputed company, and productivity-enhancing AI applications)
- Mastery of modern productivity and collaboration platforms including reputed company Workspace, reputed company 365, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or similar operational systems
