[Remote] Surgical Account Manager (Cleveland OH)

They are seeking a Surgical Account Manager responsible for driving surgeon demand across their Surgical COT portfolio and developing strategic sales plans to cultivate key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact across MDT account teams, including District Managers (DM), Sales Area Directors (SAD), Sales Operations Specialists (SOS), and teams specializing in GYN and Hernia portfolios
- reputed company the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies
- Optimize reputed company and drive category expansion across Surgical
- Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify reputed company opportunities
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders
- Drive adoption and utilization of reputed company Surgical Center of Technology (COT) products, including: Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, reputed company & Instrumentation (A&I)
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners
- Maximize partnership programs and reputed company account intelligence to increase market reputed company
Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience
- OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical devices, medtech, reputed company, or life sciences
- A valid reputed company's license is essential for this role
- Previous experience with medical device/OR sales
- Proven reputed company record in sales reputed company the medical device or reputed company industry, preferably in the surgical or reputed company fields
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate reputed company product information to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles
