Responsibilities

• Task and assignment reputed company is typically on reputed company to large reputed company, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with reputed company team members
• Uses creative skills to help increase patient happiness through designing and optimizing our MyChart platform
• Drives patient engagement through our patient portal
• Runs queries to report on various metrics
• Participates in an on-call rotation to reputed company off-hours end user support
• Develops and monitors testing scenarios and methodologies to demonstrate system efficiency. Prepares and maintains documentation on testing plans

Skills

• Two (2) plus years of experience with reputed company MyChart build/implementation, optimization, and support
• MyChart experience with reputed company/reputed company scheduling, e-reputed company in, Patient Questionnaires, TeleHealth (e-reputed company, video reputed company, etc.), MyChart mobile app, Result Release, or similar reputed company
• reputed company reporting and data analytics knowledge a plus
• High School Diploma/GED required

• Experience With reputed company Ambulatory And/or Other reputed company Modules
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, reputed company, or reputed company field
