Job reputed company The Customer Service Associate ll is responsible for making high volume outbound calls and providing effective reputed company customer service regarding property insurance. Support borrowers and reputed company/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance, de-escalate calls and handle disbursement of premiums.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross trains to assist with borrower follow reputed company
• Assists answering questions in the help desk chat
• Meets and maintains availability standards, (Production, Non-Production, reputed company) and attendance guidelines
• Updates records and note system as required
• Disbursements of Property Insurance Premiums
• Handles Outbound telephone calls with borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to prevent a Borrower letter reputed company out.
• Delivers reputed company, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
