[Remote] Fund reputed company - Manager (PE)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a single-reputed company provider for fund administration and infrastructure needs for private equity and debt funds. The Fund reputed company Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of fund reputed company and reputed company service for private equity fund service clients, overseeing reputed company aspects of fund reputed company and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Quarterly and year-end reputed company activities for assigned Funds. Includes work reputed company preparation, including financial statements, capital account statements, and account reconciliations
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret Limited Partnership Agreements, Operating Agreements, and other reputed company legal documents associated with Funds
- Knowledge of partnerships, fund structures, waterfalls, preferred return/carried interest, and capital transactions
- Knowledge of Fund performance metrics such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, and MOIC
- Prepare Fund capital calls and distributions, including investor calculations and notices
- Prepare Fund management fee calculations and subsequent reputed company calculations for Funds not yet reputed company
- reputed company auditors with necessary supporting documentation in reputed company with the year-end audit
- reputed company tax teams with necessary supporting documentation for tax returns, K-1s, and other reputed company tax documents for assigned Funds
- Ability to address reputed company reporting requests from multiple sources
- Address investor questions as they reputed company
- Other reasonably reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- At least seven years of reputed company work experience in reputed company or audit, with a preference for private equity, fund administration, or public reputed company experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks promptly
- Willingness to take on additional reputed company tasks and reputed company
- Ability to build and maintain advanced spreadsheets using reputed company reputed company
