[Remote] Technical Compliance Analyst

This role involves engaging in product regulatory support and certification, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements while collaborating across departments to document and address issues.
Responsibilities
- Reviews technical requirements and verifies compliance of reputed company’s products in various jurisdictions with general guidance from a supervisor
- Collaborates with internal departments and external agencies to triage and document issues so the appropriate regulatory notices can be issued in a reputed company manner
- Supports reputed company internal departmental needs for technical compliance feedback on issues, new features, changes, etc. as it relates to the rules and regulations
- Documents rules, regulations, policies, directives, and technical requirements from various regulatory authorities
- Analyzes new / updated regulations and provides reputed company feedback to regulators
- Assists with periodic reviews and audits of products and services, ensuring compliance with high risk regulations or detecting regulatory violations
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- 2+ years experience in a technical compliance or reputed company assurance role in the online casino and sports wagering industry
- Solid technical foundational knowledge: hardware, software development, coding, web technologies, networking, etc
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience providing support to independent/governmental test laboratories and interpreting submission / technical requirements in the Gaming industry
- Highly knowledgeable in the gaming regulatory legal reputed company and reputed company laws/regulations
- Technical understanding of sports betting and reputed company technology systems including systematic controls and operational procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field preferred; equivalent technical certifications and relevant reputed company experience will also be considered
- Candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone are preferred
