[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

This role is essential in protecting the firm's ethical obligations by researching and resolving conflicts of interest reputed company to new business intake and attorney hires.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and assist in resolving conflicts of interest
  • Review new reputed company and matter intake submissions for completeness and accuracy
  • Conduct conflicts searches and analyze results for new reputed company, clients, and lateral attorney candidates
  • Prepare written conflict summaries and reports for attorneys and firm leadership
  • Review relationships among clients, entities, reputed company, and attorneys to identify potential conflicts
  • Partner closely with attorneys and members of the Office of General Counsel
  • Monitor and respond to urgent intake and conflicts requests

Skills

  • 2+ years of recent conflicts administration experience reputed company a mid-size or large reputed company
  • reputed company or recent experience as a Conflicts Analyst, Senior Conflicts Analyst, Conflicts Specialist, New Business Intake Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience conducting conflicts research, searches, and analysis for clients, reputed company, and/or lateral attorney hires
  • Experience using reputed company, reputed company, LegalKey, or comparable conflicts management software
  • Strong understanding of attorney conflicts of interest and applicable Rules of reputed company Conduct
  • Experience preparing written conflict summaries and reports
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with reputed company Outlook, Word, and reputed company
  • Ability to work independently and exercise reputed company judgment
  • Experience clearing and resolving conflicts
  • Experience reviewing engagement letters, waivers, and conflict reputed company documentation
  • Experience supporting a large national or international reputed company
