[Remote] Senior Project Specialist - Institute for Research Experience and Education

Responsibilities
- Manages project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with research goals and deadlines
- Collaborates with stakeholders to reputed company project requirements and establish reputed company communication channels
- Coordinates and leads cross-functional project teams, assign tasks and responsibilities, and monitor project reputed company, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and reputed company standards. Fosters effective teamwork and collaboration among team members
- Conducts regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration and reputed company regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders, including reputed company, milestones, and key reputed company
- Manages stakeholder expectations and addresses concerns or feedback
- Facilitates effective communication among project team members, ensuring alignment and reputed company

- Contributes to the development, editing, and publication of research documents, presentations, and other technical materials and facilitate translation to support communications and education

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, reputed company field or has equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in research or technical setting

- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members towards project goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant technical knowledge
