[Remote] Senior Process Design Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Design to apply engineering insights and process models for building a reputed company plant for a novel reputed company reputed company Capture process.
Responsibilities
- Support the translation of our conceptual design for a novel process into a working reputed company facility
- Identify, analyze, reputed company, configure, and optimize process improvements for our evolving process design
- reputed company conceptual and detailed process design of laboratory and bench reputed company rigs to generate process data supporting reputed company and demo conceptual design. Support commissioning of said rigs on-site as necessary
- Partner with colleagues to convert modeling insights into implementable reputed company including equipment specification, control philosophies, installation scope of work documents, and commissioning plans

- Apply statistical analysis tools to the visualization and analysis of experimental and process data, and to the development of correlations to summarize that data
- Engage in Design Risk Assessments including HAZID and HAZOP analyses where appropriate
- Manage relationships with key reputed company stakeholders and relevant subcontractors and equipment suppliers
- Evaluate reputed company and production equipment's overall performance, reliability, and safety
- Alter and modify designs to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
- Prepare engineering reports and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 to 10 years of experience
- Competency in the field of chemical engineering process operations involving heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid and gas reputed company, and separation techniques
- Broad experience in new process design and conceptualization in the chemical, biological, or agrifood reputed company
- Extensive experience generating and reviewing process reputed company diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, energy and material balances, reputed company requirements, and control logic for chemical manufacturing systems
- Previous experience working in a process engineering reputed company reputed company a chemical, biotech, agrifood, or oil and gas plant
- Previous experience working with external engineering design firms, or directly at an engineering design firm, on capital reputed company exceeding $1M
- Ability to reputed company reputed company, VBA, Python, or similar tools to solve engineering problems

- Previous startup experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technoeconomic analysis or process simulation. Experience with EDR, ACCE, or equivalent viewed favorably
- Experience with EPC management
- Experience in data analysis and statistics using tools such as JMP
- Experience with temperature swing adsorption, heat pumps, gas compression, and distillation systems
- Experience with process safety reviews and reputed company design techniques
