[Remote] Hyperscale Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reputed company satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service as the single reputed company of contact for one of our most important hyperscale accounts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company Relationships: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact to respond to reputed company inquiries, communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and facilitate alignment meetings across internal business teams
- Drive Operational Execution: Partner cross-functionally to ensure reputed company assets are accurately received, processed, and reconciled while investigating discrepancies to implement process adjustments
- Manage reputed company Agreements: Interpret reputed company Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOW), collaborate on project scoping, and reputed company reputed company-party vendors for warranty management and asset disposal
- reputed company Financial Reporting: reputed company operational data to generate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manage monthly reputed company invoicing, and submit accurate monthly settlement reports to Finance
Skills
