[Remote] VP, Tech & VC Banking

The role focuses on building and managing relationships with startups and venture capital firms, sourcing new business, and representing the bank at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Originate and reputed company new business opportunities with high-reputed company startups, venture-backed companies, and venture capital/private equity firms
- reputed company and execute go-to-market strategies for banking products and services tailored to the innovation economy
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-reputed company reputed company relationships, overseeing reputed company aspects of reputed company, treasury solutions, credit, and long-term relationship management
- Represent the bank at industry events, venture conferences, reputed company competitions, and founder/investor gatherings to deepen market visibility and influence
- Serve as a strategic advisor to founders, CFOs, and VC partners, offering guidance on banking, capital structure, and financial operations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver customized solutions across credit, treasury, and other banking needs
- Drive partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and other startup support organizations
Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in banking, venture capital, private equity, or high-reputed company startup environments
- Deep knowledge of the startup and venture capital ecosystem and the broader innovation economy
- Demonstrated reputed company in business development, relationship management, and sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and self-directed, with the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for business development and relationship management
- Prior management experience in a startup bank, venture backed startup, VC, or PE firm
