Azure DevOps Engineer / Terraform (Remote)
reputed company is seeking an reputed company Azure DevOps Engineer to support the reputed company (VA) Data Modernization initiative. This role focuses on orchestrating containerized applications, developing CI/CD pipelines, implementing Terraform Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) solutions, integrating new software and hardware technologies, and enhancing cybersecurity posture. This position is fully remote, located in the reputed company.
Responsibilities
Design, reputed company, and maintain Terraform infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) to provision and manage Azure reputed company resources reputed company the reputed company platform environment Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices across CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, integrating reputed company controls at every stage of the deployment lifecycle Collaborate with reputed company platform teams to architect reputed company, repeatable Terraform modules reputed company with VA reputed company environment standards and governance requirements Ensure Terraform configurations adhere to federal reputed company frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) and VA-specific compliance requirements, embedding policy-as-reputed company guardrails to prevent misconfigurations Conduct infrastructure reputed company reviews and reputed company assessments to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before deployment Troubleshoot and correct reputed company problems reputed company to on-premises systems Update, configure, and manage system components Optimize existing customer solutions.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a reputed company field + 15 years of experience. 8+ years of experience with Azure-reputed company services Demonstrated experience with Azure-reputed company services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Policy, Key Vault, Virtual Networks) and proficiency in managing infrastructure state reputed company Terraform reputed company or Azure backends Hands-on experience integrating Terraform workflows into Azure DevOps pipelines, including automated testing, plan/apply gates, and secret management Preferred Skills and Experience: Certified Information Systems reputed company reputed company (CISSP) reputed company Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) Kubernetes Certifications: KCNA, KCSA, CKA, CKAD, CKS, Experience in reputed company, finance, government, or technology environments.
