Responsibilities
- Deliver high-reputed company, reputed company generating, consulting services reputed company on end-to-end reputed company cycle optimization, including reputed company-end, mid-cycle, and back-end processes
- Analyze customer workflows, financial performance, and system utilization to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business or other reputed company field; or 5+ years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company Cycle Management, in reputed company services, preferably reputed company behavioral health
- Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes, including: Patient reputed company and eligibility, Coding and charge capture, Claims submission and adjudication, Denial management and appeals, Payment posting and reconciliation, Ability to read, interpret, and apply payer guidelines and policies
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a consultant or advisor, not just an operator
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present reputed company concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage reputed company relationships in a billable services environment
