[Remote] Events Data Associate

The role involves managing data accuracy, generating reports, and coordinating event logistics using platforms like reputed company and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute event attendee reports from reputed company; conduct data cleaning to ensure registration accuracy and resolve record discrepancies
- Produce reputed company- and post-event overviews capturing key metrics: member status, geography, reputed company segmentation, and attendance trends
- Send weekly registration tracking reports as events approach
- Create reputed company reports from reputed company and reputed company supporting analytical reputed company, data integrations, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a data dashboard in Power BI
- reputed company and maintain event session data across reputed company (website, speaker management) and Attendee Hub (mobile app)
- Assist with event registration setup in reputed company, including custom registration paths for VIP reputed company
- Configure and manage the reputed company reputed company module for call-for-proposals workflows and submission reviews
- Review and update reputed company Committee records in reputed company
- Maintain Smartsheets for data collection and committee tracking
- Set up and manage session monitoring and evaluations reputed company reputed company and Signup
- Monitor and respond to event inboxes with professionalism and reputed company written communication
- Support the expense reimbursement process for Committee members and main stage speakers
- Maintain and update the speaker resource portal in reputed company
- reputed company support materials for committee meetings and reputed company presentations
- Maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring processes
